Who we are

Saran Sundaram

Saran is a corrective exercise specialist, nutrition coach, and co-founder of Spero. As a trainer, he encourages everyone to always be curious and mindful about their body, as understanding it creates freedom.

Niko Bauer

Niko is a corrective exercise and sports performance specialist and co-founder of Spero. His goal is to give you the space and support to become comfortable in your body so movement feels like companionship, not a struggle.

Her Goal

Carmen was tired of living in pain, waking up scared of her back, and dreading every step on the stairs. She felt trapped in her own body and wanted to stop seeing the world as insurmountable.

Spero’s Role

We built a one-year plan combining targeted rehab and strength training to stabilize her lumbo-pelvic-hip complex and restore function. By making rehab feel like a real workout, she could recover and begin to enjoy movement again.

The Outcome

Carmen lives pain-free. She sleeps without worry and hits the tennis court without that burning hip pain. She’s now onto a weight-loss journey and reclaiming the body she remembered before her injuries.
