A vertical pull pattern designed to lengthen the lat at its lower fibres as much as possible under load. This makes it ideal for hypertrophy training while also facilitating the V-taper look of your lats by targeting their lower fibres.

This pattern is unique because it allows you to lengthen the obliques and QL through lateral flexion while facilitating your primary vertical pull pattern, making it ideal for blending rehab with resistance training.
